SARS DISGUSTING BEYOND WORDS

I am totally disgusted with SARS. Submitted on 18 July 2024, added all documents requested to change my banking details. Waited the 21 days for verification.... NO REFUND.... they asked me to upload a copy of my ID, NOW REMEMBER the first time I did upload a photo of me holding my ID in my hand with the form they send me. For some reason they need another 21 days just to verify my ID. UPLOADED this on 20 August. Today still no communication or refund. How the **** do you play around with Tax Payers money. Idiots!!
