SARS Discrepancy

Hi SARS notified me that I have penalties of R250.00 SARS auto accessed me and advised I have a credit due to me which is R2009.08 SARS took all the R2009.08 saying it is for transfer to admin penalty. No it does not make any sense. I want the balance after they have taken their R250 penalty fee.
