Sars Directive

I have problem with my tax number, every time when I apply for my provident fund I have to use manual application its been 3 times this happening, now my problem I have unclaimed money from momentum at Sars no longer accepting the manual application anymore I was told at Benoni branch, even online there's no option to upload my claims. I have try so many things but still not resolved
