SARS deteriorating service

I just wanted to share my bad experiences with SARS these past 2 years I’ve been a tax payer for the past ten years but as of recent the service has deteriorated so bad every time I file I’m requested to send supporting documents which is standard procedure but the issue comes when the 21 day verification period laps they do not come back to me and give excuses of the auditor still being busy with no proper turn around time. If I’m accepted to file on time the least SARS can do is stick to there verification periods and assist us timelessly so we can encourage other tax payers to file there tax returns.
