SARS delaying tactics

Since November last year I submitted my returns, and as usual they asked me to submit supporting documents, which I did. I then waited the 21 working days to be over and followed up on the 30 day. Still there was nothing and they mentioned that they are under pressure my matter will be attended too. 60 days later I followed up again, my matter was still not sorted. Only today they tell me to submit supporting documents, as the auditor requires them. I've been on a call with two of SARS agencies and both of them can't articulate what I need to submit, so they can finalise my returns. Now we in February, still delaying the process to ask me to basically begin the whole process again. Why the exact auditor doesn't call me so we speed up the process , I don't know. If my file is on top now to be attended, it can't be wasting time asking documents which the people I speak with can't explain clearly. It was the 1st hearing one even asking the contract dealership of the papers of my car. Now I say I don't have those cause bought my car from a dealer but owner, so why is that requirement now. I asked can I give you car papers rather, which from there you can determine the value of the car. No they want dealership contract determining the value of the car. SARS is wasting my time, and using all this to delay the process instead of giving me answers to where my returns.
