SARS delaying tactics

<p>Like a good citizen I submitted my tax return within the first week of the tax season. Since the 5th July I have had no feedback as to when SARS will pay my refund. I have received my ITR34 that stated I have not been selected for audit and did not receive any request for documentation.</p> <p>It is now 3.5 months later and I still have no feedback on this matter. I have lodged a complaint, but to this day have not received any feedback on the assessment. no call, no email, no request for documentation.</p> <p>How is it possible to take this long when you have no explanation as to the delay?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
