Client refund for 2020-08 stuck in process 2020-09 paid. Their deadline of 21 days expired a week ago. Now trapped in the escalate and nothing happens so we escalate and then nothing happens and on and on while the client suffers cashflow wise. HOW much more like the mafia are you becoming ???
