SARS delaying refund

SARS claims that they finalize your audit in 21 working days. After 21 days i phoned and then they escalate. Then after phoning 3 to 4 times they say i need to submit a form from Alexander Forbes. Which was then already submitted. I phoned again to enquire and then the next moment they send a mail to request that all documents be submitted again. So i t was submitted again. As from the start same documents. Then another 21 working days. And don’t phone before then they tell you it is not 21 days yet. Then after phoning 3 to 4 times now my log book not correct. It was submitted the same as previous year and it was not a problem previous year but this year it is. So we are now at 3 months already since submitting my documents. . I am a single mother and i have to pay my child’s education alone. It is not easy. I am so unhappy and sad for what they are doing. We pay so much tax and when it comes to a refund they do this. And there is no one to complain to they do what they want.
