SARS declining a directive for the 5the time without any valid reasons.

I have been experience poor service from SARS from April, I am expecting lump sum from them when ever the previous company is trying to sendy directive through them. Last month I was auto assessed with the very tax number they are saying it does not correspond with my identity. They say there is aproblem with my tax number , I am tired of going back and forth and the worst they even created a new tax number for me it very hard because I don't know what is the problem.
