Sars

I'm so disappointed 😔 still I have been waiting for my refund for over a month heading to two months soon ,I called SARS asking for clarity and answers why till now I'm still waiting. I am told that the matter is escalated to the flag department even today same thing and to my suprise I also find out that my account is not working which I doubt cause I resubmited everything.

My heart breaks because everytime one owes SARS THEY ARE AFTER US BUT WHEN THEY OWE YOU ,WE have to go through depression.

Since SARS has failed me where too should I report this matter ? Please can anyone help me what is flag that is stopping me to get my refund,I don't owe sars and they agreed I don't owe instead I paid more when I was owing them ,please 🥺
