SARS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE PITS!!!!!

Getting hold of these guys is HORRENDUS to say the least!!!! My husband been trying to contact them for MONTHS because he has been getting texts telling him he refunds due to him but he needs file his 2015 returns. They do not answer their calls or when he requests to be called back they do not call him!! Mind you tomorrow is the closing date , that time it is not his fault that he could not get this done! This is so damn frustrating !!!!!!
