Sars customer complaint

They told me in sars Edenvale that I should submit a log book, because if I don't I will owe Sars, I did submit the same papers 4 times at Sars without SARS telling me that the log I have its not what they're looking for. Now sars held everything because the log book I submitted its not what the are looking for... For the first time since I have been a tax payer in South Africa I am being audited by sars because they owe me amount of 18000, I work in retail I don't have time to submit any more papers that sars wants, because they never provided me with their example of the log book they wanted me to submit, I asked SARS Consultant how does a log book look like as I have never seen one, but they told me to go to the accountant of which I paid knowing that sars will pay me... But now they keep on asking me to resubmit the log book... I will never submit the returns in my life... I feel like SARS played me, took advantage of me as a faithful CITIZEN. AND IF THEY PAY I WANT THEM TO PAY ALL THE DEBTS I ACCUMULATED WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR THE PAYMENT TO COME.
