Sars **** service as usual

So i go in on the 1st to sars and submit docs, just for them to owe me a refund, than guess what to know suprise when i get home, i get a msg from sars my 2014 irp5 is outstanding, so i go back yesterday with my docs again just to explain to the lady i did not work in 2014, she looks on the system just to say oh sorry there was a mistake that someone never open and see i was not employed it was my provident fund payout, whats more annoying i was paid my provident fund out in jan 2013 after i finished off with my previous company in 2012, so i call sars and get told i should wait 90 days for the mess up they made, its so weird that if sars ever owes you money they is a issue, but just owe them even 100 rand they will call you night and day, also no one is willing to help you and sort this matter out, and we ask ourselves why is our country going done, these are people we supposed to trust with our money and yet they make more **** than anything else hey, even this will just go on a deaf ear cause i dont think they is a single person in sars thats exactly willing to help people, if only we had the option of paying tax to another compnay that would care for they people and work for them, not just have the dont care attitude.
