Sars contact centre unable to assist. & we may not go to the branch

I've called sars about a tax compliance profile that I can't see even though I have the profile since 2019. Some of the consultants just hang up. Over 2 years no-one can assist. Every consultant doesn't know what to do, & I can't get tax clearance certificates. The experience with sars is usually that of frustration each time. Sars is nit a good service provider, but a quick tax collector. Nonsense.
