SARS contact centre!!!!!

I have tried calling Sars contact centre since 16:30 and I am now posting this at 16:46. They have closed the call Centre and I have to listen to the recording saying that the contact centre is available until 17:00. This is ridiculous and such terrible service and attitude that is being portrayed by a government association. I understand that long wait for an agent to answer but to completely shut down knowing that there are people who have been waiting is unacceptable.
