I asked for a call back from SARS, the consultant buzzed me 3 times, the call rang for 1 second the 3 times I was called back. I called again, this time and held for more than an hour, for my call to be hanged up by the consultant, you do not even call me back, I have to hold for another hour, your service is very poor.
