Worst consultants don't even bother to assist they have no glue can't even give you a chance to explain. I'm just told that my refund can take up to 5years under review. When i ask why was i required to do bank verification? No answer! As if they are doing me favour so disappointed. Its more than 7 months now my issue has not been resolved.
