SARS consistently not meeting deadlines

I've app**** for a Foreign Investment Allowance Tax Certificate on a few occasions and SARS has never once met the deadline. Even after escalating these matters (after their deadline has passed), they still take weeks after the to sort out the issue. without ever giving updates to the progress of the case. I really hope this review will help me #WIN in this regard.
