SARS Complaints Office

I lodged a complaint as SARS sent an email stating my tax would be forwarded to a tax consultant for assessment & this would be done within 21 days. I am now on day 37 & no response from SARS. The complaint office rejected my complaint & sent me a number for their section. The Complaints section operating hours are from 0730 - 1630 & I have phoned 4 times from 0757 however all I get is a voice operated message telling me to phone during their “operating hours”. Could SARS advise South African citizen what time zone they operate on as my understanding is that I am phoning during your operating hours!!!!
