SARS Complaint

I have a pending dispute with SARS where they are claiming I am owing R1M for FY 2019 where as I never even 500k in income in that financial year, I did submit my dispute with all the supporting documents on 04 July 2022 with Ref *** and was told I will get feedback within 60 working days from submitting the required documents, to date I have not got any response from them and over 90 working days has lapsed, whenever I call them all I get told is case has been escalated and will be contacted once the dispute is concluded, in August 2022 I left my job where I had Provident Fund and the Sanlam app**** for tax directive with SARS before they can pay me to my surprise SARS took all my proceeds from the provident fund because I still owe them "R1M", whose fault is it that they did not conclude the dispute within the time they have prescribed and now I am suffering financial loss because of all this and they are telling me they will pay my money once dispute is finalised to my favour, currently I cannot even honour my financial contractual obligations because of this and I may lose all that I have worked hard for because of their incompetency, I logged a complaint internally with SARS with ref *** and I am told there is additional 21 days for complaint turnaround over and above of over 90 days that I have already waitied
