SARS Clossing Time 16:00 Office in Edenvale Closes at 14:00 not Ethical

<p>Mrs Viviann at the Edenvale SARS office decided to close the office at 14:00 so that staff can leave at 16:00 SARS Edenvale closing time.</p> <p>She greeted</p> <p>8 people standing outside the office at 14:00hr today to tell them she is closing the office as her staff need to leave at 16:00 the office normal closing hours. When I contact the HO of SARS I was told that this was not the time the office should be closed the office should be closed at 16:00. </p> <p>When I contact the HO of SARS I was told that this was not the time the office should be closed the office should be closed at 16:00.</p> <p>Mrs Vivanna has no respect for the public that pay her and her staff's salaries. When people said they had taken time off of work to be there to sort out thier taxes. Her reply was we should be there before the office opens. A lady comment to her that she had now sat at the Edenvale office for three days now and was turnd away at 14:00 everyday. To which Mrs Vivianna said she should lay a complant with HO.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is mid Tax Season and most of us are trying to be honest people and pay our taxes. However, when we do we have to deal with rude staff like Mrs Vivianna.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please, would SARS tell me when I can access get help with my Tax returns at a SARS Office? </p>
