SARS - CHOWING YOUR MONEY

Its so sad to get such appalling service!!

I filled my returns via e-filling then was selected for an audit...,, After continuously following up with SARS, finally mu audit was completed however to my surprise the amount which was payable to me was suddenly more than 7 thousand rand less which completely does not make sense.

I then called into the call center after requesting for a reason on the e-filling page and was told that the reason is because i have no dependents on my medical aid on which there's 6 dependents( including myself) and this is how it was filled.

I've been sent from pillar to post while trying to get clarity and what is due to me and an amount of R1138,82 instead of the one reflecting on the original assessment and while *****ing the amount reflecting on the audit assessment which was done completely incorrectly also reflecting a different amount on the statement of account.

I've never seen such appalling service while my money is being chowed right under my nose
