SARS CHOAS

So loike a good rwsidence I complete my SARS return on the 15th July 2024 via their Mobile app. I'm then asked to submit my bank details for verification I did that. I than on the 17th July once again recieve a leeter requesting the information. So, the 18th I go into the East London branch to submit the documents thinking this will be last because I actually went to the branch. No, I receive another request to confirm details I submit everything again via and get another 3 Case Numbers after phoning their call Centre making sure everything has been submitted. So on Saturday I receive an SMS saying my information is verified. But guess what on the 5th August I once again received an e-mail asking for the same information so when I phone them today they recon they had a system issue and I have to start all over again. And this is the people that takes our money and if you don't pay on time you get fined a lot of money. So are they going to pay me intrest and penelties alwell.
