SARS Chiselhurst East London

As a tax payer who worked in Cape Town for over a decade I have been happy to visit SARS up until recently. I just want to know how many times do I need to go to SARS in Chiselhurst East London. It is a dissappointment annoying that one has to become like a furniture there because one keeps following up. After numerois visits to sort out my tax returns it such a mission to get a resolution. SARS is very quick to take their taxes from us but a slow poker to give back refunds. Imagine if one is not lucky to be literate and has no idea about technology, but even so branch intervention is not helping. Should I go there for the 7th time now? Or should I go to Cape Town because clearly their systems are not the same. I am so annoyed and dissappointed. I need my refund please SARS CEO intervene. Numerous uploads, 6 branch visits haybo 😳 I want my money, you already took yours as quick as a blink of an eye.
