SARS cheating

I went to Sars yesterday@Prominade mall as my appointment was for yesterday I went there to check the money that I saw when I log in to my Efiling says I'm owing plus minus R61200 so when I get there they said I'm owing R53000 and they said it's the money that I was getting from Sars all this years, I was shocked because the last time I got money from SARS it was during between 2019 and 2020 if I'm not mistaken and my question is if I received money from SARS what is wrong from that because I'm a Tax payer and its my returns. So I so wish I can get details where can I escalate this matter because I am not going to pay money that I'm not aware of. SARS must stop taking us for a fool please if there is someone who was doing ***** for giving us money they must deal with that person Period.
