SARS - careless and inefficient

Waiting for my tax refund for year 2009 - phone the customer call center - they are still busy with the assessment - OK ask when will they be completed?? - No time frame can be given it can be tomorrow ,next week,next year or in 20 years - They simply don't care!!! Nothing can be done - accept it.The sad thing about it all is that even in writing this - I WILL ACHIEVE NOTHING - Welcome to South Africa
