Sars captured data from tax certificate incorrectly and their online session times out before you can correct Sars mistake.

<p>I was trying to do my mothers tax returns for her and we submitted successfully, Then there was a request from sars to submit the tax certificates which we have done. Now their values are way way off from what is stipulated on the tax certifficates that we have submitted and every time we want to add a dispute and the correct values that corospond to the source codes e-filing system keeps timing out less than 5 minutes saying you were logged off because of inactivity on the site this is unacceptable as i was still busy correcting the values which sars has incorectly captured and it does not allow enough time to fix the incorrect values.</p>
