SARS calls when they say they will cal!

We always complain about bad service, but let me applaud SARS call centre agents for their excellent service! I phoned to enquire about my efiling and I had the option to hold or request a call back. I requested for a call back and about an hour later I received the call and the lady was very clued up with the system and she assisted me very quickly. She booked a telephonic appointment for me for the 31st Jan at 13:30, gave me a ref number and told me to upload the necessary documents because the day of the appointment.

On the 31st of Jan at exactly 13:30 I received the call and another professional lady assisted me and escalated my issue to the next department and gave me a case number. I was very impressed with their efficiency, they do call when they say they will.
