Sars call center unprofessional and rude

Sars call center agents they are unprofessional and rude. I have problems loading my banking details on their new browser, everytime when I call I speak to different agents and none of them are helpful. I even send my details to a mail address which I was given by one of the agent and now I'm told no emails allowed. This is a query from last year.

I'm so disappointed with their service if anyone from management can assist will appreciate.
