SARS CALL CENTER IS A NIGHTMARE

I have been calling SARS since yesterday to enquire about my tax return almost the whole day, they said they were experiencing high calls. I couldn't go through. This morning I called approximately 08h05 and I was caller number 15, I've waited about 15 minutes got answered by a guy called THULANI. I have given him all the necessary details and he has said to me I must hold he's going to check for me since then I've waited for him for almost 30 minutes until I hanged up. He didn't have a care in the world to phone me back or send an email or something. I tried again to call now they are experiencing high call volume.
