SARS

I am a taxpayer (77 years), who is also retired, working in one of the Nursing School Academys.

I am getting a retirement fund as well which is R5000.00 which is non-taxable. I have a huge debt from SARS which no one has cared to explain it for me except that they are combining my salary from the Nursing Academy which i pay tax for and the retirement fund that is untaxable from Old Mutual.

I had requested Old Mutual to tax my retirement fund, but they refused as it is untaxable.

Please assist...
