SARS blows

I am sick to death of SARS. I submitted my tax return a year ago. They accepted that I received the income on the IRP5 but they didn’t accept that the tax on the IRP5 was paid. According to them I now owe them R20000 because they don’t accept R25000 tax that was paid to them and clearly stated on the IRP5. Every time I lodge an appeal they give a different reason for not considering it - IRP5 not reconciled, not all payslips submitted, payslips don’t show correct amount, over and over and over - I tried efiling, submitting at the branch, nothing works, it’s like they don’t even read anything. It’s been a year and no progress. Worst service ever
