Sars belville service sucks

Sars in Bellville service today was pathetic. My girlfriend mother revived a sms stating that she had documentation to sort out we arrived there after 11am only to be turned away and not getting the help we needed. We were told to make a booking online as they reached their qouta for the day, firstly how is your quota reached ? Because there was no line infront of the building it was empty, secondly why couldn’t the person speaking to us head inside and book the appointment ? I’m so disgusted with the services of these institution it’s borderlne pathetic. They are so lazey, and unhelpful. Who are training these people ? Because if you there at 6 in the morning they hand you ticket and you get helped or someone is able to book the appointment for you, today was the reverse no line but they couldn’t book or help with anything as they reached there quota for the day what utter bull****.
