SARS Bara worst service

I am very dissatisfied with the service I am receiving at the SARS opposite Bara mall, I came here to get assistance with my efilling and have not received any assistance after 3hours. When I voiced my concerns about this a stuff member told me that it takes 3-5 hours to get assistance. It puzzles me because I took time off work, woke up early for other people who got here way later than I did to get assistance. The level of service is very low and I hope something is done about this.
