SARS bank verification failures

I have requested for my banking details to be changed in March 2023, till today no one has responded yet and when I call their call centre the agents there hang up on my ear without my issue being resolved. This is a process that would take a day in a branch however that is no longer an option as they do not allow walk-ins at the branch and due to that I am still waiting as we approaching October and this is frustrating as I don’t know how to do as their service is poor and there’s no way or platforms established to deal with this incompetence
