Sars, Balance Me Real Quick Please

Good day

I have been battling to get SARS to conclude my Tax Refund from 2016, The common response is that i have to wait for the audits of 2018 to be completed prior to me being attended to. Its as if its my fault that the consultant who assisted me every year and did not pick up on the outstanding refund . I religiously do my tax returns on time as in July every year,but last year just was way below par, Kindly help as i do not understand why Sars can not take ownership and audit my concern while keeping me informed. Or is it a matter of me being a small fish who does not get millions back in tax refunds though its *******. speculations aside. Please balance me real quick.
