SARS bad services

I have submitted a my returns since 2018 and I received portion of R13k and they took back from my bank account and I email them I had case numbers, I followed up 2 019 again whole year nothing changed. In year 2020 I've experienced again same problem and I have send proof that they took bank my claims. We on 2021 now suddenly I'm sars over R1k that don't make sense to me really every year I have ups and down to get paid but sars is quicker to ask money from me. It's ****ing me off and I want my money that is due to me it can't just disappear out of the blue.
