SARS bad Services

So this is now 2 months for Myself where I am Waiting for any feedback on my Tax refund. I submitted my Tax return on he 4th of November 2020. My accountant submitted it with all my supporting documents. In early December I did a follow up with my accountant and he said he does not have any feedback as the call centre just says that "your client must be patient as they are working on the audit". Ok so now going on 2 months and myself calling 4 times during December and January logging an updated, no one has come back to me and I have no idea what is going on with my audit and when the funds will be deposited. This is really bad services. We need to Pay Tax every month and submit our tax return but SARS cannot give us an update on what is going on. Struggling even to get through to them and holding on for 2 to 3 hours with no success on what is going on.

Please urgently give me feedback on this
