SARS BAD SERVICE FOR AND NOT REFUNDING PUBLIC

My Refund is now in a 60 arrears Even my Tax consultant give up there is literally documents outstanding and this was confirmed yet no one can tell my why my refund is not released

I called and was online for 45 min and still no luck ho do I over come this issue
