Sars bad service ever

I have filed for my 2020 tax return, then because of I have changed my banking details I was told to send supportive documents, over and over again, then on the 4th of December I received a letter from sars stating that my banking verification were approved as valid and the statement that shows on the 9th of December 2020 my money will be refunded, come the 9th the money was reversed by SARS I called to find out why I was told that I need to visit the branch with the same supportive documents that I was told they were verified as valid then I did the e-booking I received an sms that says I must not go to the branch an agent will call me on Friday this people have been playing me for almost 3 months now. I don't understand why from the first place did they give me false hope now they expectinge to wait another stressful 21 days of nonsense
