SARS Bad Service!!!!

My Tax Practitioner filed my taxes and on the 16th of July SARS promised that the refund would be paid in within 72 hours. After calling they realized that they had my old bank account. The same bank account which I changed last year. I submitted documents in 2023 to my new bank account which they paid into in 2023. This year is the very same story, I deleted my old account which showed that it wasn't active. My new bank which they paid into last year was valid and is still is yet they still refuse to pay into it. I am sending photos again, certified ID, proof of residence and a bank statement. But when one owes them money they will take you to the cleaners. SARS is bad news
