SARS - Bad service - Case been in audit/verification for 3 months not action/progress, still have not received return

I have submitted my returns , its been 3 months now my case in audit/verification. Manager from sars lodged a complaint on my behalf .Complaint lodged case num : ***, Tax num: ***, Issue date: 2021/11/03. I called today 09/11/2021 to inquire about the status of my case, its till not attended to. SARS agent gave me Sabelo Dlamini email who is a manager but I sent him an email, got a reply that he is out of office. The agent dropped a call.
