Sars bad service

I request a call back they give 1 ring and drop the line where I waste my air time and time on calling, waited 30 minutes.

Can't they have an email or online chat.

No refund due but could it be due to the country owing other countries that they taking to much of our money...

I requested another call back and did everything to arrange the call back at the end the prompt voice message says we are experiencing technical difficulties, really now you government and city workers earns good money to still be ***********, the service is pathetic like the leaders of the country.
