Sars bad service.

I am very frustrated with Sars. I have been trying to get a Tax clearance certificate since last August. I am registered for individual turnover tax. I have submitted all my returns but they keep telling saying my 2020 ITR12 has not been submitted. According to my tax consultant, Sars generates the ITR12 on there side, so the delay is with them. Everytime we call the offices, they say the case has been escalated. In the mean time they have charged me penalties of R750. I am unable to work as the company requires a tax clearance before I can earn. I have not had an income for 6 months. Please I need to resolve this, I am desperate.
