SARS bad service

How long must you wait for your tax refund? Took ALL documents in to Roodepoort office, was given 2 dates being 1 and 30 November 2017 for refund. Phoned 1 Dec and was told I needed to take all docs as well as banking details to the Roodepoort branch to SARS which . I did on 8th December. Phoned again on 3rd January 2018 and told that they were waiting for authorisation. On 15 January 2018 the matter was being escalated to next level. On 1 February 2018 Lynn said that nothing has been done and she would send a mail to her operations manager. on the 8 February the very efficient person on the line said. Nothing has been done and there is nothing he can do. Case no ********** 23. If some one at SARS reads this please reply.
