SARS BAD SERVICE

I am really disappointed in SARS, I have over 2 months waiting for them to refund me. I filled my return on the 27th of August 2024. On the 28th of August I changed my bank account and submitted my documents required. I waited more than the 21 days they said I would wait for the bank verification process. I call in SARS to complain all I am getting is there is a back log on their system. I cannot be waiting this long for SARS to refund me. it is unacceptable. I am very unhappy with the service it is terrible.
