Sars bad service

I been calling in and waiting hours to find out why is my account still showing correction filed after submitting all my details.

My 21 day for auditting was the 5th of September 2024. Till today it is still on the same process without any help. Which myself and the last sars consultant couldnt understand why is it delayed.

This is frustrating as id something was wrong or they needed something they continuously emailed me to sort it out and now when we putting some pressure it gets ignored.
