SARS BAD SERVICE

<p>On Oct 13 I validated my bank account number after sitting in a line for three and a half hours. I was told on Oct 17 that I have to wait 21 working days for my tax return money to be paid into my bank account. That deadline was3 days ago. I phoned and asked about this and was told it was only validated on Nov 11 a month after I went to SARS. Now They said I have to link my tax number to my account on E-filing, which my accountant has done 15 times already. How many times, SARS, do I have to do everything you ask? Is 15 times not enough? This is absolutely shocking and unacceptable. </p>
