SARS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A RUDE OPERATOR

Literally I am still on the phone over an hour waiting to get a confirmation of booking an appointment at the nearest SARS Branches, this Lady that is supposed to assist, she has put me on hold for more than 30 minutes.. because I was booking 2 appointments, one for Personal and the other one for business. She started by coughing and singing.. now she completely went silent.. SARS WHATS HAPPENING WITH YOUR PEOPLE!!
