SARS BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tried to claim Work From Home, some Consultant called me i could hardly hear her and she was sick so made it even worse to hear then she TRIED to explain to me certain things which the manager had to join a few time to help her understand/Explain what she was trying to explain to me which Made NO sense at all! then they said they will make a request for me to load additional docs WHICH NEVER CAME! so they just closed/Cancelled my request to claim!
